We accept all major credit cards and transfers via bank wire. For large inquiries, we can discuss alternative payment methods if needed.
The Auto-Pay feature only supports credit cards.
We do not offer refunds for services already rendered or for purchased credit packages, including infrastructure units and API credits, as these involve long-term commitments. However, if there are unused funds (in euros) left on your account balance, we can refund those to the original payment method with no questions asked.
Yes, we offer significant discounts on bulk pre-paid packages of API requests and Infrastructure Units. Read more about cost saving options.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cryptocurrencies as a payment method at this time.
We operate on a pre-payment scheme, so it’s important to ensure your account has sufficient funds for service operations. If your account fails multiple auto-pay attempts and runs low on balance, we will notify you promptly and place your account in a soft freeze mode. During this time, the creation of new resources will be limited, and the priority of technical support and professional services may be adjusted. If the issue isn’t resolved within 72 hours, your resources will be paused, and the account will enter a hard freeze state.
To help prevent data loss, we will retain all associated data for an additional 14 days. If the balance remains unsettled after this period, the data will be deleted. We understand that circumstances can vary, so please reach out to our support team if you need assistance managing your account balance or payment timing.
Enterprise customers may also apply for an additional credit limit, which can provide more flexibility in managing payments and maintaining service continuity. Our goal is to support your success while ensuring smooth operations, and we’re here to help find solutions whenever possible.
